Sliced beef with extra virgin olive oil and rosemary

Tagliata di manzo all’olio extravergine d’oliva e rosmarino

Ingredients:

-       200 gr sirloin steak (aged chianina beef, if available)

-       100 gr extra virgin olive oil from The Mighty Olive

-       20 gr fresh rosemary

-       Salt, pepper

Method:

Warm up the grill and put meat on it. Meanwhile in a small pot bring the oil up to boiling temperature and add some rosemary. Meat should be  rare or medium rare (depends on your taste). Before to serve cut the steak in strips and season it with some fresh rosemary, hot olive oil, salt and pepper.
