Sauteed mussels


Ingredients:

-       1 kg mussels

-       1-3 cloves of garlic

-       50 ml extra virgin olive oil from The Mighty Olive

-       Parsley

-       Salt, black pepper

-       White bread

Method:

Wash and clean mussels (remove the beards). Pour extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan, warm it, add chopped garlic and after mussels, cook for 5 min, at the end add parsley, salt and black pepper. If necessary add some hot water.

Serve some toasted garlic bread with in the same dish with the mussels.
