Orata al forno al forno
Dorado with olives, potatoes & cherry tomatoes
Ingridients:
- 2 dorados (mahi-mahi)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Parsley
- 50 ml extra virgin olive oil from The Mighty Olive
- 4 potatoes
- Green olives
- Salt, black pepper
Method:
Clean the fish. Cut potatoes in thin circles – 2 mm. Chop garlic and parsley and mix it with oil, salt, pepper in a bowl. Add olives, sliced potatoes. Season the fish and potatoes with flavored oil, put it in a oven pan. Bake 15 min at 310 F.
