Jamaican Jerk Chicken

Our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is hand blended from onion, coriander, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, black pepper, allspice, cinnamon, thyme, nutmeg, scotch bonnet peppers, clove and chives..


  • 1 LB boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup yellow onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup TMO olive oil
  • 1 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lime juice
  • 1-2 Tablespoons The Mighty Olive Jamaican Jerk Seasoning


  1. Combine yellow onions through Jamaican Jerk Seasoning
  2. Marinate chicken 2-3 hours or overnight in jerk seasoning mixture.
  3. Throw out left over marinade.
  4. Pat chicken dry with paper towels
  5. Preheat grill to medium high, direct heat
  6. Grill chicken turning occasionally until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear, about 45 minutes. Internal temperature should reach 165 degrees.
  7. Serve immediately.
